\nThe week kicks-off with a Business EXPO, Mixer & Tasting held on November 16, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fantasy Springs Special Event Center.

\nABOUT: Approximately 100 innovative exhibitors will fill the showroom to highlight our community resources, local business professionals, leaders, business owners, nonprofit organizations and popular attractions – all with an emphasis on shopping local. There will be a mixture of new start-ups and long-established businesses.

Desert Classic Charities will be there with a putting green for CareerBuilder Challenge tickets along with the world-famous Bob Hope golf cart. \nAttendees will enjoy local flavors and food samples, networking with other industry professionals, and connecting first-hand with merchants. EXPO attendees will have a chance to enter to win a cruise for two! Admission is $5.

\nActivity, fun and music will fill the event space. The villages focus on the building, medical and business networking industries. The Villages are provided by DVBA, Act 1 and BNI.

\nCV Small Business Week ends with Small Business Saturday. Small Business Saturday is a national shopping holiday held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year and it sponsored by American Express.  The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce is an official partner of this nation-wide effort.
